Postage Collection

Personal Collection:
Because often your home videos are irreplaceable and very precious, we offer a personal collection service, where one of our employees will come and collect your order from your home or business and return your order to you once complete. Please contact us for details.

There is normally a charge for a personal collection depending on your location, however to keep you safe at home during these exceptional times, we will 'collect and drop off' locally for free, please contact us for details. For locations further afield there may still be a charge. This often works out cheaper than using a courier and there is less chance of your order going missing or getting damaged.

Drop Off:
You are more than welcome to drop your order into us if you are local, but please make an appointment so we can make sure someone is available to take your order.

Postage:
You can arrange your own delivery using your chosen Courier

(DHL, FedEx, DPD etc) or use Royal Mail.

Please note, when using postal services or couriers we can't accept any

responsibility for any lost or damaged orders
